Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 10 days of invoice date. Returns will be issued in the form of store credit or exchange ONLY. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with product tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds will only be given if an item you purchased is defective.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
No return on jewelry, shoes, handbags, undergarments, accessories, gift cards, and sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a store credit will be issued to the email on file. The store credit amount is your 'sub-total' and will not include shipping costs.
